By submitting content to Dailymealjoy, you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your content in any form or medium. This license applies even if you later delete your content from the Service.
You retain all ownership rights to your content, but you must ensure that it does not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties or violate applicable laws. Dailymealjoy is not responsible for any user‑generated content that may be posted on the Service, and we reserve the right to remove such content at our discretion.
The Service and all Content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Dailymealjoy makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or usefulness of the Service or Content. Dailymealjoy is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the Content or for any actions taken based on the Content. Users are advised to consult a professional chef or nutritionist before following any recipe, especially if they have dietary restrictions or health concerns.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing. The arbitration will be conducted in the United States, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding. This clause does not waive your right to seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
The arbitration shall take place in the city of the Service’s principal place of business, and the arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English. The parties agree to share the costs of arbitration equally, except that the prevailing party may recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in the United States for any litigation arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
Dailymealjoy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, all licenses granted herein shall immediately cease, and you must destroy all copies of the Service and Content in your possession.
